Mentor System
Mentors are players who voluntarily apply to help less experienced players, whether by answering low-level or high-level questions. From pointing out where an NPC is located to helping optimize a build, mentors are there to support.
Types of Mentors
Initially, there will be three types of mentors:
WoE Mentor
This mentor will focus on creating guides in Discord or social media related to WoE. Additionally, they will assist players in optimizing builds, assembling their gear, and planning rosters.
PvE Mentor
This mentor will create guides in Discord or social media related to PvE, such as hat quests, dungeon access, and other related topics. They will also help players with PvE builds and answer their questions.
Support Mentor
The support mentor will provide general assistance, whether related to the game or the server. A good understanding of ToI is essential to help those who lack it.
Application and Selection Process
Players interested in becoming mentors must apply through a ticket. They will be evaluated by the GMs, and if approved, they will be assigned the corresponding role.
Initially, the staff will select the first mentors, contacting those who have shown the most activity both in Discord and in-game. After applying, to assess the candidate’s activity in both Discord and in-game, mentors will be on probation for two weeks. If after those 15 days they continue to be active as mentors, they will receive rewards every 7 days. If there is no activity during that period, the mentor role will be revoked.

Rewards and Voting
As an additional incentive, every 15 days a vote will be held to select the best mentors of that period. The three most voted mentors will receive rewards. All players on the server will have the opportunity to vote for a mentor from the list.
Voting will start on a Friday and end on Sunday night, when the rewards will be distributed.
